Aspiring Clinical Psychologist & Developer

Building today,
learning for tomorrow.

I'm a software developer and Psychology student in Bagé, Rio Grande do Sul (RS), Brazil. Focused on integrating these two passions, I'm building a solid career in tech while preparing to fulfill my dream of practicing psychoanalysis — with the intention of pursuing both professions.

ABOUT AMD

Technology and Psychology aren't opposite paths for me; they're two passions that walk together.

The Current Chapter (Development)

My path in technology taught me about organization, technical clarity, and methodologies that streamline teamwork. It’s a craft I practice with real dedication, building interfaces and efficient systems that make life easier for the people who use them.

Software development is a career I'm building with pride, and one I intend to keep actively pursuing — always working to align technical performance with usability and a good experience.

The Horizon (Psychology)

Alongside that, I found in psychology and psychoanalysis a calling to understand human beings in their totality. I believe every individual carries a singular story and subjective processes that deserve to be heard and held ethically.

My great dream and goal is to also practice as a clinical psychologist in the Bagé (RS) region, building my own practice. My professional future lies exactly at the union of these two fields: staying active in technology while practicing clinical, psychoanalytic care.

That union took concrete shape in Haven — the project below.

What Haven is

Haven is a therapeutic journal: a space where patients write freely between sessions, and psychologists follow what emerges — without having to reconstruct an entire week in a 50-minute session.

It's the project where both halves of my path actually meet: the data engineering I apply at work, and the clinical listening I study in college, built together into a single tool. Every entry feeds a mood chart using an exponential moving average, and everything is encrypted on the user's own device before it ever leaves it — not even the Haven team can read it.

Reflections

A collection of posts and reflections.

"Developing is an act of translating intentions. My commitment is to the individuality of people — treating technology as a tool to amplify what’s human, not to standardize it."
